Cutter is a guard in the Old Camp.
Gothic
Cutter has been a prisoner in the colony since before the creation of the Barrier. He used to be cooped up in the dungeons below the castle and have to perform slave labor mining ore. He was on Gomez's side since before the uprising and got his status as a high-ranking guard because of that.
