The Heavy Ore Baron's Armor is an armor from Gothic. It is also featured in Gothic II: Night of the Raven as the Ore Baron Armor.
Gothic
This piece of clothing is worn exclusively by three of the Ore Barons in the Old Camp, namely Raven, Arto and Scar. The Nameless Hero does not have the opportunity to earn it or purchase it in the game.
It is worth 2400 ore nuggets, the value decreasing to 1200 ore upon selling.
The Chest is protected with a red colored Pourpoint or padded jerkin with a short sleeved Chainmail shirt. Torso is further protected by a waist-lengthened cuirass decorated with leathercovers. Arms are protected by burnished Pauldrons with tubelike biceppaltes and Gauntlets. The lower waist is protected by an additional skirt, properbly plated aswell hooked to the wide riveted double layered belt Belt with the Skullbuckle. The red dyed Chauses are presumably padded in some sort or another. Thick ironclad Jackboots protect the lower leg.
